The Program Analyst provides support for the Systems Engineering Competency in the areas of budgeting acquisition, funding and deliverable knowledge and experience. Applies knowledge of accounting principles in producing and maintaining financial records.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in performing program analyst functions in support of Systems Engineering efforts for Naval Aviation to include the System Engineering milestones and reviews of the Acquisition process and the associated documentation. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management is required and a Post-Graduate Degree can be substituted for four (4) years’ experience. Two (2) years of recent and relevant experience with Aviation Program Planning in one (1) of the following areas:
- Complex Budgeting Processes
- System Acquisition
- Interdepartmental Procurement Request, Work Request, Requisitions, CDRLs and ERP
