The Administrative Specialist applies his or her experience with administrative support tasks, including proficiency with e-mail, calendar, and word processing software. Other routine duties include interaction with visitors, callers and the general public in person and via electronic means such as telephones, etc. The Administrative Specialist will coordinate and assist as required with the overall smooth daily operation of the office.
A minimum of two (2) years demonstrated experience handling administrative support tasks. The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency with e-mail, calendar, and word processing software.
