The Program Manager acts as the team leader or supervisor developing engineering procedures and controls, managing project efforts, and taking the lead in problem resolution.
Bachelor’s Degree is required and ten (10) years’ experience managing programs providing Systems Engineering support. Ten (10) years’ experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in task definition in accordance with SOW’s, personnel qualification in accordance with labor category definition and established contract procedures, program management in the areas monitoring, tracking and reporting of cost, schedule, risk and technical performance. A minimum of four (4) recent and relevant Systems Engineering Support to Naval Aviation in two (2) of the below areas:
- Systems Engineering
- Earned Value Management
- Risk Management
- Sustainment Engineering
