By participating, you’ll be rewarded with a one-time referral payment for each successful hire you help us make.
How the External Referral Program Works
The process is simple and rewarding. There’s no cap on the number of candidates you can refer or the number of positions you can help us fill. Every time one of your referrals lands a job with us in a referral-eligible position, you’ll be rewarded. It’s as straightforward as that.

What You Need to Know: The Fine Print
Eligibility Requirements for the Referrer (That’s You!):
- Must be a legal U.S. resident, at least 18 years old.
- Must be an individual, not a business entity.
- Should not be associated with or a consultant to a staffing/recruiting agency.
- Must personally know the referred candidate in either a professional or personal capacity.
- Must confirm that the referred candidate is aware of and agrees to the submission.
Your Referred Candidate Must:
- Be an external candidate, not a current or former employee or contractor of ACE Consulting Group, LLC.
- Not be an immediate family member of a current or previous employee or contractor of ACE Consulting Group, LLC.
- Not have been in contact with ACE Consulting Group, LLC regarding employment within the last 12 months.
Referral Validity and Payment Terms:
- Referrals are valid for 6 months from the submission date. If the candidate is hired after this period, the bonus is not payable.
- The referred candidate must be employed and in good performance standing for at least 6 months for you to receive the referral payment.
- Referral Payments are subject to applicable laws and will be made for the first referral received by ACE Consulting Group, LLC. You’ll be notified if someone else has already referred your candidate.
The Referral Process
Referral payments are made at the sole discretion of ACE Consulting Group, LLC. We may modify or terminate the program at any time without notice. To participate, submit your referral’s name and resume via email to externalreferral@acegroupllc.com. You’ll receive an acknowledgment email confirming your submission. If your referral is hired, we’ll contact you to complete the necessary paperwork, including an IRS Form W-9.
Important:
- Any unsolicited agency resumes will not be eligible for referral payments and will be considered property of ACE Consulting Group, LLC.
