After a rigorous application process earlier this year, ACE Consulting Group was awarded the prestigious Gold Medallion, reflecting our deep-rooted belief in the importance of prioritizing veteran hiring and professional development.

The HIRE Vets Medallion Program, established under the Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act), is the only federal program that acknowledges employers for their dedication to recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans. ACE Consulting Group is honored to join an esteemed group of 848 other organizations across 49 states and the District of Columbia, all of whom share our commitment to not only offering veterans a place in the workforce but also ensuring they have a robust career trajectory that fully leverages the diverse skills honed during their military service.

Earning the 2021 HIRE Vets Medallion Award is no small feat. Recipients meet stringent criteria that go beyond basic hiring practices. These include high veteran hiring and retention rates, availability of veteran-focused resources, leadership development opportunities for veterans, specialized human resource initiatives, competitive compensation, and tuition assistance programs.
